In fact, he has vowed never to drink a protein shake in his life, says a report.

Lowery says that fitness freaks should actually be very careful as some protein powders can contain a lot of artificial sweeteners and chemicals which can cause harm to your health.

He has urged people to stick to a natural diet which he thinks is an essential component to achieve a good physique.
