Patna blasts expose Nitish`s good governance claim: Paswan

Ramvilas Paswan slammed Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar over the bomb blasts in Patna saying he should answer over his good governance claims as the incident has "exposed" what law and order exists during the JD (U) rule.

New Delhi: LJP chief Ramvilas Paswan today slammed Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar over the bomb blasts in Patna saying he should answer to people over his good governance claims as the incident has "exposed" what law and order exists during the JD (U) rule.
"Bihar earlier never witnesses this kind of bomb blasts. The incidents expose all his claims of "Susashan" (good governance). What kind of law and order exists in Bihar during Nitish Kumar`s role is fully exposed now. He should answer to people to what level he wants to take the state now," Paswan said. He also targeted Kumar for "remaining outside the state capital whenever any big event takes place there". "When Rome was burning. Nero was playing flute. Nitish Kumar was not in Patna, when a massive rally was organised in Patna after the killing of Ranvir Sena chief Brahmeshwar Mukhia. "Today also when Modi was to address a rally in Patna, Kumar was to leave the state capital for Munger on a sensitive day," Paswan said. Five people were killed and 66 injured in six serial bomb blasts near the venue of BJP Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi`s rally in Patna minutes before he reached there to address a huge gathering. Hours before the multiple explosions, a crude bomb went off in a newly constructed toilet at the Patna railway station, 2-km from the BJP`s `Hunkar rally` venue. Kumar cancelled his scheduled tour to Munger in the wake of serial blasts.
