Man injured in Ramban protests succumbs to injuries
A man, critically injured in a violent protest against the recent killing of four persons in Ramban district of J&K, succumbed at a hospital.

Srinagar: A man, critically injured in a violent protest against the recent killing of four persons in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir, succumbed at a hospital here on Tuesday, officials said.
Ravi Kant Sharma (38), a resident of Rajouri district of Jammu region, was injured at Awantipora, 32 kms from here, on Srinagar-Jammu National Highway on July 19, the officials said.
They said Sharma, who was on a holiday in Kashmir, was returning home when he was hit by a stone on the head during protests against the killing of four persons allegedly by security forces in Ramban district the day before.
Sharma was admitted to SKIMS hospital where he breathed his last this morning, the officials added.
