New Delhi: The rivalry between India and Pakistan is once again set to take place in cricket's big stage and this time it will be played in the Himalayas.
The two teams will lock horns at the ICC WT20 early next year and Dharamsala looks like an ideal place for the match. Besides the beautiful location in the hilly region, the HPCA stadium in Dharamsala will be looking forward to a full packed stadium with fans from both nations.
Dharamsala which is one of the most beautiful stadiums in the world, hosted an international T20 recently between India and South Africa which the latter had won by seven wickets. Dharamsala's wicket has shown it assists to batting well as over 400 runs were scored between India and South Africa in October.
In a batting-friendly pitch both teams will relish the opportunity to get big scores as fans could expect a run feast. The stadium has hosted two ODIs and a T20 match besides the Indian Premier League. Only 23000 fans can attend the stadium but given its slightly smaller size that can be a power packed atmosphere.

India beat Pakistan in the 2015 ICC World Cup in Australia and will want to maintain its clean run of never losing in the big stage ever against their arch-rivals.
Being an unique stadium of its own, Dharamsala will look to gear up for the blockbuster game between the two sides.
Earlier in the day, BCCI secretary Anurag Thakur stated that with all the heat generated between the two nations during the discussions of whether the proposed bilateral series will take place or not, the game in the World T20 needed a cooler weather and Dharamsala gives that perfect atmosphere.
India play Pakistan on March 19 in Group 2 encounter.
