Be it action, comedy or drama, Bobby Deol has tried his hand at various genres over the 18 years that he has been in Bollywood -- he is still exploring and says there is nothing like a perfect role for an actor.
After Preity Zinta reportedly was dropped out by the Deols for the sequel to their home production ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’, news now has it that the trio is interested to cast Katrina Kaif in their film.
The Deols are back. And this time they are going to make you cry literally, not with the emotional tearjerker like ‘Apne’, but with their latest laugh riot – ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’. The film will definitely make you laugh till your wits end, but only in parts. Had ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’ been more fun than what was just seen in the promos, the flick would have clinched the best comedy award of 2011.
Nobody seemed to mind that they were two hours late for the premiere of their own movie "Yamla Pagla Deewana". The Deol`s, Bollywood`s very own Jats, mesmerised with their irresistible charm as they also celebrated Lohri with the audience in the capital Thursday night.
After featuring together in ‘Apne’, the three Deols - Dharmendra, Sunny and Bobby - took three years to return together on the silver screen. The reason, Bobby says, is the lack of a good comedy script.
