DNA: Analysis of ISRO's space programme 'Gaganyaan'

Indian Space Research Organisation's (ISRO) new space programme is to send human beings to space, this programme will be called Gaganyaan. However, before sending humans into space, ISRO will be sending a humanoid robot named 'Vyom Mitra' by the end of this year. The humanoid will be the first Indian passenger to Space. The ambitious Gaganyaan mission was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his Independence Day speech in 2018. ISRO to launch Chandrayaan-3 in 2020

नए साल के अवसर पर Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) ने अपने नए संकल्‍पों को घोषित किया है. साल के पहले दिन इसरो के Chairman K Sivan ने देश को खुशखबरी देते हुए कहा कि mission Chandrayaan-3 के प्रोजेक्‍ट को मंजूरी मिल गई है और इस दिशा में काम शुरू हो गया है.

ISRO Chairman K Sivan terms successful launch of PSLV's 50th mission as 'important milestone'

After the launch, he asserted that the launch was an achievement of an important milestone in the history of PSLV. Releasing a book titled ‘PSLV@ 50’ on this occasion, Sivan said, "Today we achieved an important milestone in the history of PSLV by successfully launching its 50th mission.

Our own orbiter had located Vikram Lander earlier, says ISRO Chief K Sivan after NASA releases images

On its website, a statement was issued by the space agency on September 10, 2019, stating, "Vikram lander has been located by the orbiter of Chandrayaan-2, but no communication with it yet. All possible efforts are being made to establish communication with the lander."
