Delhi Metro: Timings of first, last train on Pink Line revised, check details

The DMRC said these revised timing will remain in effect till September 10. Last week, a small segment of Pink Line at Trilokpuri was inaugurated making it the longest operational corridor of the network. The Pink Line was opened in multiple phases in 2018.

Delhi Metro to shut three stations today in view of farmers’ protest

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said that it will keep three stations of Yellow Line route closed due to security reasons as advised of Delhi Police. The three Yellow Line Metro stations are Vishwavidyalaya, Civil Lines and Vidhan Sabha.

Delhi traders body seeks increase in frequency of Delhi Metro trains

CAIT conducted a meeting with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) chief Mangu Singh. In the meeting the traders body suggested several measures to check the spread of the coronavirus. Delhi traders body urged the Delhi Metro authorities to increase the frequency of metro trains to put an end to long queues of commuters.

DMRC announces construction of interchange station on green and pink line

DMRC announced the construction of an additional interchange facility at the Punjabi Bagh West Metro station, connecting the Metro’s Green Line and Pink Line. Timings of the first and the last train on the Green Line will be altered slightly from June 18 to September 30.

Delhi weekend curfew: DMRC changes frequency of metro trains, check details

While on the Blue and Green line corridors where there is bifurcation, the waiting period will increase. The Arvind Kejriwal-led government on Thursday( April 15) announced a weekend curfew in order to curb the transmission of the deadly infection. The curfew will come into effect from 10 PM on Friday night and last till 6 AM on Monday.

Noida residents protest against metro trains skipping THESE stations

Among the stations skipped by the metro train during the peak hours (8 am to 11 am and 5 pm to 8 pm on weekdays) are Sector 101 and Sector 50, which is dedicated to the transgender community. The stations skipped during peak hours are: Sector - 50, Sector - 101, Sector - 81, Sector - 83, Sector - 143, Sector - 144, Sector - 145, Sector - 146, Sector - 147 and Sector - 148.
