EPFO New App Features: Currently, salaried employees use either the Universal Account Number (UAN) portal or the UMANG app to access their EPF accounts and related services.

EPFO has taken two major decisions for claim settlement that include removal of Requirement to Upload Image of Cheque Leaf / Attested Bank Passbook and removal of Employer Approval Requirement for Seeding Bank Account Details with UAN.
EPFO has also provided de-linking facilities to the members, whose EPF accounts have been erroneously/fraudulently linked by the establishments.
