Delhi announces higher education scholarships for students of certain sections

A new 'merit cum means scholarship scheme' and fee waiver system has been launched for students of certain sections of the society by the Delhi government. The scholarship will be offered to "the needy" students pursuing higher studies in any state varsity of Delhi. This was announced by Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia on Tuesday.
