Certificates damaged in floods: హైదరాబాద్ : తెలంగాణలో ఎడతెరిపి లేకుండా కురుస్తున్న భారీ వర్షాలు కారణంగా పోటెత్తిన భారీ వరదలు ( Hyderabad rains and floods ) అనేక ప్రాంతాలను పూర్తి జలమయం చేశాయి. ముఖ్యంగా గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్ని ఇంతకు ముందెప్పుడూ చూడని విధంగా భారీ వరదలు ముంచెత్తాయి. వరదల్లో ఇండ్లు నీట మునిగిన చోట చాలా మంది ఎదుర్కొంటున్న ప్రధానమైన సమస్యల్లో విద్యార్థుల సర్టిఫికెట్స్ ( Study certificates ) సమస్య ఒకటి.
