Hyderabad: The special CBI court here on Monday allowed YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, an accused in a corruption case, to visit Kadapa district to pay homage at the `samadhi` of his father, the late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy.
However, the court did not allow him to visit Guntur district, where he was to participate in a farmer`s meet organised by his party in support of united Andhra Pradesh cause on October 4.

Jagan, who was released from jail after getting bail in the case on September 24, had sought permission to visit his father`s grave at Idupulapaya on October 1 and 2.

While granting him bail on September 23, the court had asked the Kadapa MP not to leave Hyderabad without its permission.

He is not to address any public meeting during his visit to Idupulapaya, nor can he go anywhere else, the court said today.
