Hyderabad: Police on Wednesday recovered an arms
dump of Naxals during a combing operation in Nallamalla
forests in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh.
A police team, which was on patrol this afternoon, found
a large quantity of ammunitions and weapons, including a 303
rifle, three single barrel guns, 102 live rounds of 303 rifle,
one body of rocket launcher, police said.
The dump also includes eight grenades (including one live
grenade), Maoists literature, a hand-drilling machine and
track-suits, Atmakur Circle Inspector Babu Prasad told PTI.
