Twin kids drown

Silchar: Two two-and-half year old kids were drowned at a pond at Banskandi-Chandrapur in Cachar district of Assam.
Police said the kids -- Abdul Ahad and Abdul Samad, both sons of Aminul Islam -- were twins and were playing in a pond when they slipped into the waters and drowned.
