Nawada (Bihar): Ganja, opium, knives and
a few mobile phone sim cards were today seized from Nawada
divisional jail during a search of various wards on Tuesday,
official sources said.
A team of officials led by Sub-divisional Officer
(Sadar) DZ Hussain Khan went to the prison this morning and
seized two kgs of Ganja, 15 packets of opium, one cellular
phone, two knives and 17 sim cards.
A case was lodged against unknown prisoners in this
connection.
