Madhepura: A man was on Thursday arrested for
writing the intermediate examination for the JD(U) MLA Arun
Kumar`s son Ativ Anand at a centre in Bihar`s Madhepura
district, official sources said on Thursday.
The accused Shashi Kumar was writing the papers of
Geology subject for Kumar`s son at R.P.N. intermediate college
when the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) Gopal Meena got
suspicious about the former`s bona fide during inspection, the
sources said, adding he was arrested after the inspection team
recovered Anand`s admission card from the former, they said.
The JD(U) MLA`s son was an intermediate student of
C.M. College of which the former happened to be a member of
the management committee, according to the district magistrate
Minhaj Alam.
Kumar represents Simri Bakhtiyarpyur assembly
constituency in Saharsa district.
