Retirement age of teachers increased in Bihar

Patna: Bihar government on Thursday approved the retirement age of teachers of colleges and universities from the present 62 years to 65 years.

The decision was taken at the cabinet meeting presided over by the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Principal Secretary (Cabinet Coordination and Secretariat) Ravikant told reporters.

The new retirement age will come into effect with effect from June 30, 2010, he said.

Mr. CM must have to understand that real heros are those peoples who achive the growth in state revenue.... But still they are ignored ...

what about state govt. Employees ? This is called true discremination with peoples/state govt. Employees.
