New Delhi: The office of a senior Agriculture Ministry official in the high-security Krishi Bhavan here was allegedly broken into, sources said today.
The incident was reported from the office of Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairy and Fisheries after an Under-Secretary noticed on Friday morning that unidentified intruders had broken into two rooms. However, nothing was found stolen from the room.
The sources said the official found that the computer and lights were on in his room and in another in the B-Wing of Krishi Bhavan and informed the police.
Officials in the Ministry said that no files were missing and they informed the police even though "it was a small incident and nothing was lost".
