New Delhi: Cool winds blowing through the capital brought the winter chill back.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD) the minimum temperature recorded early Thursday was a notch below average.
"The minimum temperature recorded today (Thursday) was 9.1 degrees Celsius, which is a notch below average for this time of the year. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 23 degrees Celsius," the IMD official said.
