Delhi division: Rains affect over 40 trains

New Delhi: Water logging caused by heavy
showers on Friday affected services of more than 40 trains in
Delhi division resulting in inconveniences to commuters.

While a stretch between Delhi-Shahdara was damaged, Old
Delhi station yard faced massive water logging due to heavy
rains, said a senior Northern Railway official.

Services of three trains were cancelled and as many as
39 trains were diverted or short terminated due to the water
logging problem.
