London: On her death bed, the 23-year-old Delhi girl who was gang-raped and brutally assaulted on a bus, told her mother that she wanted her tormentors to be 'burnt alive' as a punishment for what they did to her.

The grieving mother of the physiotherapy student now says that her soul will never know any rest if the men who tormented her daughter were not hanged.

"She was our life. I want only one thing. I want to see those animals hang," the 46-year-old mother of the young girl told The Sunday Telegraph.

As the culprits face a trial amid a huge outcry in India, the mother recalls how her daughter had expressed in no uncertain terms that she wanted them burnt alive.

"Mama, I want them to be burnt alive," is what the girl had whispered to her mother on her death bed.

The girl, who had suffered severe internal injuries and infection following the brutal attack, died in Singapore on December 29 after being flown to a hospital there for a possible intestine transplant.

I think the best tribute to Delhi gang rape victim would be to fulfil her wish of hanging or burning to death her all six tormentors in full public view so that it would become a detergent for others. It seems Indian capital has become a RAPECAPITAL. WHy those Bastards faces r covered n let thee public See n identify these animals or beast in human being form. It seems Indian Police is more interested in hiding the identity of RAPISTs then the the poor victims. Judgement on this case should not take more than three months.

JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED. THE ONLY REASON PEOPLE THINK LIKE THIS - TAKING THE LAW IN THEIR OWN HANDS IS BECAUSE THE INDIAN JUDICIAL SYSTEM HAS PERFECTED THE ART OF DELAYING JUSTICE. THE JUDICIARY IS NOT ACCOUNTABLE TO ANYONE IN THIS BANANA REPUBLIC. THE COURTS MUST EARN PUBLIC RESPECT BY HARD WORK. SIMPLY ADDING HONOURABLE BEFORE THEIR TITLES IS MEANINGLESS FOR THE HONOURABLE COURTS IN INDIA.........KARMIK

Women are the future of this world, and I believe with our efforts we will find that humanity that we can all live with. Rape is a universal problem. I am sure you have campaigns to prevent rape and groups who help you build strategies, but with this latest rape, I feel compelled to restate, that NEVER go to a second location. Your only opportunity to flee a planned rape is to do anything and everything that you can to escape once you realize that something has gone wrong, such as not stopping at your bus stop. The first location is the most insecure for the those intent upon committing a crime, because anything can happen. The second location, however, is their planned location, and it will be well planned. NEVER go to a second location.
