New Delhi: Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will hit the streets of the national capital on May 28 against the AAP government in Delhi over power cuts and water shortage in the city.
He will also protest against the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre, Delhi Congress said on Tuesday.
