New Delhi: It was a clear, warm morning for Delhi on Saturday with the minimum temperature recorded two notches below the average at 13.2 degrees Celsius.
"It will be a clear day. The maximum temperature is expected to touch 28 degrees Celsius," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The humidity level is expected to oscillate between 35 and 84 percent.
