Shillong: The results of the Meghalaya Board of School Education`s (MBOSE) Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) Examination 2013 and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) Examination (Arts) 2013 were declared at 10:00 am on Thursday.
