Expelled JD(U) leader Sabir Ali joins BJP

Ahead of the Lok Sabha polls, expelled JD(U) leader Sabir Ali on Friday joined the BJP. Ali was expelled from the JD(U) after he had praised BJP`s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi and made anti-party remarks.

Patna: Ahead of the Lok Sabha polls, expelled JD(U) leader Sabir Ali on Friday joined the BJP. Ali was expelled from the JD(U) after he had praised BJP`s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi and made anti-party remarks.
After being expelled, Ali had slammed JD(U) leader and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar of “using him”.
After entering the folds of the BJP, Ali today said that he will try to defeat Congress and other parties which call themselves secular.
