Four boys drown in two separate incidents in Amreli

Amreli: Four boys died after
drowning in village ponds in two separate incidents in the
district Friday, police said.

The first incident took place in Kundaliyada village
of Rajula taluka where two brothers Nikunj Ahir (15) and
Harshad Ahir (17) drowned in the village pond while taking
bath, they said.

In the second incident, two ten-year-olds
Bhavdip Vekaria and Jagdish Bharvad died after drowning in a
pond of village Matirada in Lathi taluka, police said.

The bodies of the deceased have been sent for
postmortem and their families have been informed about the
incident, police said.
