Haryana districts to have 'CM window' for grievance redressal, tweets Khattar

On the foundation day of Haryana, the state government on Saturday announced that a 'CM window' would be set up in each district of the state for grievance redressal of the people.

Chandigarh: On the foundation day of Haryana, the state government on Saturday announced that a 'CM window' would be set up in each district of the state for grievance redressal of the people.

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar wrote on micro-blogging website Twiter - “To redress grievances of our citizens in a time-bound & efficient manner, "CM-Windows" shall be setup in every district headquarter.”   

He further tweeted - “Public officials will work for the people with spirit of service to society and maintain transparency in their administrative functioning.”

Earlier, in a tweet Khattar had announced the launch of 'Swachh Haryana Abhiyan'.

The Chief Minister also exhorted the officers and officials to be punctual and reach their offices on time.

Khattar, who was addressing the officers of district administration in Faridabad, emphasised on the need to redress grievances of people in a time bound manner.

"It is the foremost duty of public servants to provide timely services to the people," he said, adding the officers would have to work for the people with spirit of service to the society and administration would have to maintain transparency in its functioning.
