New Delhi: The two "braveheart" sisters who fought their alleged molesters and assaulters in Rohtak last month, Saturday demanded an investigation into the affidavits filed by a few witnesses against them.

"We want the affidavits to be investigated thoroughly as false allegations have been levelled against us," one of the two sisters, Aarti told media here reiterating that she, along with her sister, Pooja was molested by the youth.

The All India Democratic Women's Association came out in support of the sisters and its general secretary, Jagmati Sangwan said that the people who were supporting the boys wanted to save the guilty.

"Most of the witnesses, who submitted their affidavit in support of the three youth, are motivated and police must conduct a probe to identify whether they were passengers of the same bus or not, Sangwan said.

"People under the influence of the boy's family are deposing falsely to save the alleged molesters," she said.

The girls, who had hit national headlines after a video showed them taking on three youth who they claimed had molested and assaulted them in a bus Nov 28, were later blamed for picking up fights with boys.

The alleged molesters-- Deepak, Mohit and Kuldeep - were arrested Nov 30 and are in judicial custody.
