Angry over Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah for not doing enough towards the welfare of his community, a barber hurled a paper bag at him while shouting 'bomb'.
Later the security men found that the paper bag was filled with chocolates. The incident took place during a function at Ravindra Kalakshetra .
The man, a barber by profession, has been identified as BS Prasad. He was, according to media reports, angry at CM for not doing enough for the betterment of the community. He has been arrested.
