Arvind Kejriwal raided: Why Congress will support Delhi CM

New Delhi: In an unprecedented move, the Central Bureau of Investigation on Tuesday raided the office of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at the Delhi Secretariat.

The agency has sealed Kejriwal's office at the 3rd floor now.

The development is certain to take the ongoing slugfest between the Delhi government and the Centre to another level.

Amid this claimed 'political vendetta', one party from which Kejriwal will surely find support is the Congress.

The party is itself at the receiving end of what they are claiming 'political vendetta' - president Sonia Gandhi and vice president Rahul Gandhi are due to appear before a court in connection with the National Herald case.

BJP leader Subramanian Swamy, who has filed the case, has accused Sonia and Rahul among other party leaders of corruption.

The party has already stalled Parliament over the matter.
