Pakistan has started behaving like an enemy: JD(U)

New Delhi: Coming down heavily on Pakistan for interfering in the Kashmir issue, the Janata Dal (United) on Sunday said the South Asian neighbour has started behaving like an enemy.

"Pakistan has started behaving like an enemy. Next month, either the Prime Minister or the Finance Minister is going to the UN. An all-party delegation should also go there which should stand by the Government of India and talk about Kashmir,"JD(U) leader KC Tyagi told ANI.

Tyagi's reaction came after Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Saturday nominated 22 parliamentarians as special envoys to highlight the unrest in Kashmir globally.

Earlier Pakistan had raised the Kashmir issue in the United Nations after violence broke out in the Valley over the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Burhan Wani by the security forces.

Then, Pakistan's Permanent Resident to the UN Meleeha Lodi had called Wani's elimination as extra-judicial and described him as Kashmir leader.

Since then, Pakistan had been using its diplomat platforms to apprise other nations about the unrest.
