New Delhi: Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu on Thursday unveiled a pragmatic, non-populist Rail Budget for 2015-16 wherein he did not cut fares and announced no new trains. The minister said the Budget was aimed at the future to make the Indian Railways sustainable and profitable.
