Chandigarh: AAP MP Bhagwant Mann is under fire once again due to his alleged addiction to alcohol.
A fresh controversy erupted on Tuesday when senior Congress leader and former chief minister of Punjab Captain Amrinder Singh alleged that AAP MP Bhagwant Mann comes to Parliament drunk.
"Representative like Bhagwant Mann is maligning the image of Punjab," Captain Amrinder Singh alleged.
This is not the first time when AAP MP Bhagwant Mann is being slammed for his alleged alcohol addiction.
Earlier, expelled Aam Aadmi Party leader Yogendra Yadav had lashed out at Bhagwant Mann saying that Sangrur MP ( Bhagwant Mann) is an alcoholic and has even entered Lok Sabha sessions while he was drunk.
“I discovered it first in July 2014 when AAP had a meeting of all its Lok Sabha candidates. Mann was sitting next to me and was smelling of alcohol," Yogendra Yadav alleged.
