Gurgaon: In a horrific incident, a man was allegedly dragged for half-a-km after being hit by the car from the accident spot on Old Delhi road here.
Police said the incident occurred on March 28 when Prateek Kumar and his three-year-old son were on way to their uncle's house around 5.50 pm.
As per Kumar, "When I reached near BSNL office on Old Delhi road, a black-coloured Honda city hit my car from behind. I came out of the car and demanded compensation for the damage.”
"At first, the driver talked normally and asked for the car to be parked beside the road for further negotiation. As soon as he sat in the car, he pushed the accelerator paddle in a bid to flee from the spot."
Kumar said that he followed the accused for one km on his car and tried to stop him. He came out of his car and was hit by the other vehicle "intentionally".
"I fell on the bonnet of his car and was dragged for half-a-km," he said, adding the accused also rammed five bikers in his bid to escape from the spot.
