Raipur: India gained independence in 1947 but even 68 years after independence, there is a region in the country where the state still does not have full control and Maoists rule.

We are talking about Abujhmad (or Abujmarh) here.

As per Wikipedia, Abujhmad is a hilly forest area, spread over 1,500 square miles in Chhattisgarh state, covering Narayanpur, Bijapur and Dantewada districts.
