The video dates back to 2013, when Modi was the chief minister of Gujarat.
While Modi was speaking at a program, the mic suddenly stopped working. When the technician replaced the mike, the Bharatiya Janata Party leader took the opportunity to enthral the audience with some hilarious takes.
