New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi on Wednesday during his address in Rajya Sabha invoked Indira Gandhi to take a dig at Congress.

The PM also likened the party to death saying that like death is never blamed, the Congress party too never gets a bad name for anything.

PM Modi was replying on the Motion of Thanks on the President's Address in the Upper House of Parliament.
