Rs 12 crore distributed among 494 families in J&K

The J&K government has distributed Rs 11.98 crore among 494 families of Uri and Boniyar blocks in Baramulla district under Indira Awas Yojna.

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government
has distributed Rs 11.98 crore among 494 families of Uri and
Boniyar blocks in Baramulla district under Indira Awas Yojna.

The cheques were distributed among the beneficiaries
by Minister for Public Health Engineering Taj Mohi-ud-Din at a
function in border town, 101 km from here, on Friday, an
official spokesman said on Saturday.

Meanwhile, People`s Democratic Party leader and Bandipora
MLA Nizam-ud-Din Bhat disbursed cheques worth Rs 2.50 lakh as
financial assistance to needy students at a function held at
Degree College Bandipora, he said.
