Suspected militant held with rifle in Poonch

Poonch: Police has arrested one suspected militant and recovered from his possession one AK rifle in the border district of Poonch.
Acting on a tip off, police launched search operations in Sheendhara village in the border district and arrested one suspected militant late last night, police said here on Friday.
He has been identified as Nissar Ahmed of Sheendhara, they said adding one AK-47 rifle and some ammunition was also recovered from his possession.

He was being questioned to ascertain his involvement in militant activities.
