Couple shot dead by suspected PLFI ultras

Gumla (Jharkhand): A man and his wife
were shot dead by suspected activists of People`s Liberation
Front of India (PLFI) in Jharkhand`s Gumla district, the
police said today.

Four ultras dragged Etwa Kissan and Puspa Devi out of
their house at Pahari Tola in Palkot police station and shot
bullets last night, the sources said here.

The police, who suspected involvement of PLFI`s
`zonal commander` Mangal Nagasia behind the incident, said
the couple`s two sons managed to escape.
