Kozhikode: The involvement of a section of
the Muslim League leadership in the recent bomb blast at the
politically sensitive Nadapuram cannot be ignored, CPI(M)
State Secretary, Pinaryi Vijayan, said on Tuesday.
Speaking to mediapersons, Vijayan said `whether the
conspiracy was hatched by muslim league or a section of an
extremist organisation which has close links with league, has
to decided by these two sections`.
To another question whether the extremist organisation
was NDF, a radical organisation, he said `it was they (NDF)
who always had close connection with league`.
The stand taken by the CPI(M) was always for peace, he
said.
Criticising the Congress, Vijayan said `the stand taken
by the congress to support the Muslim League was ridiculous`.
The probe into the bomb blast should bring to light the
conspiracy aspect also, he said.
