ABVP to organise nation-wide road blockades on Sept 16

The ABVP said it will organise nation-wide road blockades besides an educational institutions` bandh in MP on Sept 16 to protest commercialisation of education.

Bhopal: The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) on Monday said it will organise nation-wide road blockades besides an educational institutions` bandh in Madhya Pradesh on September 16 to protest commercialisation of education.

"We are going to hold nation-wide road blockades and educational institutions bandh in Madhya Pradesh on September 16," ABVP general secretary, Vishnu Dutt Sharma, told
reporters here.
He said that private educational institutions in the country were charging huge fees for professional courses, making them out of the reach of poor students.
