Ratlam (MP): The BJP here on Monday expelled 38
rebel candidates who are in the fray for civic polls after
they did not withdraw from the race.

"We have expelled 38 persons including Prem Upadhyaya
and Vijay Lodha contesting mayoral elections from the party
for six years after they did not pull out of the race," BJP
district president Ishwarlal Patidar said.

He said that the action has been taken after the rebels
did not heed to the party`s repeated warnings asking them not
to contest against the party`s official candidates.
