Chouhan asks youth to work towards digital Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal: Exhorting the youth to dream "big" in life, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today asked them to work for a "Digital Madhya Pradesh" in order to create a "Digital India".

"You must work for a Digital Madhya Pradesh to transform India into a Digital India," Chouhan said, addressing the inaugural function of 'Technosearch-2014' at the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology here.

He also inspected Rolta incubation centre and inaugurated a shopping complex on the institute's premises, an official release said here today.

The state would be developed as a manufacturing hub and that Madhya Pradesh would become a "driving force" of the country's economy, he said.

Youth must partner in building a new Madhya Pradesh, as well as become entrepreneurs and employers instead of mere job seekers.

He said that every dream could be fulfilled through persistence, passion and perseverance, since a venture capital fund has been established in Madhya Pradesh to promote innovations of entrepreneurs.

Schemes like Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Yojana and Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana have been implemented. Ideas or suggestions for Madhya Pradesh's progress could be posted on the 'Ideas for CM' website, he said.

Madhya Pradesh's agriculture growth rates are the highest in the country now, he claimed.
