Indore: Madhya Pradesh police have been put
on high alert to deal with the fallout of judgement on
60-year-old Ayodhya title suits to be pronounced by Allahabad
High Court on September 24, a top police official said today.
"We suspect that one of the two communities might react
to the verdict on Ayodhya so we have been closely monitoring
the developments," Madhya Pradesh Director General of Police
(DGP) S K Raut told reporters here today.
The police officials have been instructed to show zero
tolerance towards the elements attempting to disturb the
communal harmony post verdict, he said.
