New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered eight fresh FIRs in connection with the controversial Vyapam scam.
These FIRs have been registered in connection with irregularities in Pre-Medical Tests held in 2009, 2011, 2012 and Constable Recruitment Examinations conducted in 2012 and 2013.
On Thursday, the CBI had filed FIRs against 64 people believed to be involved in the alleged irregularities committed in the police constable recruitment examination conducted by Vyapam in 2013.
The Supreme Court had earlier asked the CBI to submit the entire schedule of investigation in cases related to the Vyapam scam by July 31.
