Mumbai: NCP candidate Anil Tatkare, brother of Maharashtra Finance Minister Sunil Tatkare, on Sunday won the Legislative Council bye-election from Konkan local bodies` constituency.
Tatkare polled 347 votes in the election held on March
26.
