Ballia: A UP minister has sparked a controversy by seeking to draw a comparison between Narendra Modi and demon king Ravan.
Addressing a public meeting at Bairia here last evening, Handicapped and Backward Welfare Minister Ambika Chaudhary said the manner in which king of Lanka Ravan was arrogant, similar was the case with Modi.
He said the Gujarat Chief Minister could not compete with SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav.
