New Delhi: The Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh said on Thursday that CRPF had played an important role in successfully organising the General Elections in the country and should be called `Loktantra Ke Prahari`.
He also said that issues and problems facing the CRPF should be addressed on a priority basis. At the same time he asked the officers to work as a well coordinated team.
Singh visited the CRPF headquarters in Delhi today and interacted with the officers and jawans of the paramilitary force.
After his visit he posted on the micro-blogging site Twitter -
