Jharkhand`s political drama shifted to New Delhi, with beleaguered Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) CM Shibu Soren and his son Hemant set to meet Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders to discuss how to form a new government.

All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU) president and Deputy Chief Minister Sudesh Mahto is also flying to New Delhi along with the Sorens.

JMM legislator Teklal Mahto, who accompanied Shibu Soren to New Delhi, said he was going to meet United Progressive Alliance (UPA) chairperson as well as Congress president Sonia Gandhi.

"Guruji (Shibu Soren) has voted in favour of the UPA (in parliament) and I am going to meet UPA leaders including Sonia Gandhi to discuss the formation of government," he said.
