Delhi: In the wake of controversy over alleged
sexual assault by self-styled godmen Asaram, Congress leader Digvijay Singh on
Saturday accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Sushma Swaraj of being
silent on the issue.

 “The
most vocal voice of BJP against atrocities against women has been Sushma
Swaraj. Why is she quiet in Asharam Bapu`s case?,” tweeted Digvijay.

Reacting to Digvijay’s comment, Sushma tweeted
that no one is above law.

“There is no one big or small. And law will
take its own course,” Sushma said.

He also condemned the attack on mediapersons by
followers of Asaram in Bhopal.

Asaram (72) has been booked for sexually
assaulting a minor in his Jodhpur ashram by the police. He was arrested by the
police on late Saturday night from Indore.
